• The fact that Registrant Data (other than credit/debit card information) will be available to third parties for purposes of facilitating the resolution of disputes between Registrants and third parties involving Keywords, either (a) by direct disclosure from the Registry/Registrar/Reseller to the inquiring third party and/or (b) via a publicly-accessible query-based Global Keyword Registrant Database.
